There are several ways to submit your electronic PRL reports to the NYS DEC. You may also submit your paper PRL report to the NYSDEC. 

The Pesticide Reporting Service Bureau sends an email response to reports submitted via the web, the PRL reporting software or email.  This email contains a list of the files we received and your submission number.

Warning

If you do not receive the email stating that your report has been accepted within about a week, there may be a problem with your report.  Please contact us.  Your report is not considered accepted until the acceptance email has been sentYou will not be credited with reporting for the year until your report has been accepted.
